ICAI has made some positive and welcoming announcements for 11th and 12th Commerce students, and also, for students of other streams

Announcement:
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) issued an announcement on October 13, 2020, stating that students can now sit for the CA Foundation exam (the first exam for Chartered Accountancy) soon after finishing their XII exams. The student only needs to register with ICAI at least four months before the exams and complete the four-month study period before taking the CA Foundation exam. In this case, to be eligible for the May/June 2023 CA Foundation exam, you must register with ICAI on or before January 1, 2023. Similarly, if a student wishes to take the November 2023 exam, he or she must register with ICAI on or before July 1, 2023.
Erstwhile Position:
Let me explain the erstwhile position to give you a clear picture of all the #save6months trends. Previously, a student in class XII, who finished his board exams in March or April was only eligible to take the CA Foundation exam in November. However, according to ICAI’s most recent announcement, a student who has completed XII exams is now eligible for CA Foundation exams in May. This innovation saves the student six months of his career. As a result, the #save6months has taken off. Current XII students who take their XII board exams in March or April 2023 will be eligible to take the CA Foundation exams in May 2023 if they register with ICAI on or before January 1st, 2023. Current XI students who take their XII board exams in March or April 2023 will be eligible to take the CA Foundation exams in May 2023 if they register with ICAI on or before January 1st, 2023.
When can a student register with ICAI for the CA Foundation exam:
A student can register with ICAI as soon as they finish their X Board exams and no later than 1st January/1st July to be eligible for the May or November CA Foundation exams, respectively. The registration link for the CA Foundation with ICAI is https://eservices.icai.org/
Students from any stream:
