ICAI CA New Scheme Syllabus & Subjects 2024 for Foundation, Inter & Final

Last year, the ICAI launched the CA New Scheme, which included revisions to the CA tests, syllabus, and overall CA course. But the ICAI chose to begin after the November/December CA Exams. The first exam for the CA New Scheme will be held in May 2024. In this new scheme, the ICAI has decreased the exam syllabus while adding some new topics to the course.

Before receiving the syllabus, it is required to have an overview of the CA course. The CA Course consists of three levels: foundation, intermediate, and final. At the advanced level, all three levels cover Accounting, Direct and Indirect taxes, Auditing, Corporate Law, Financial Management, and other topics.

CA Intermediate Syllabus New Scheme 2024

The CA Intermediate syllabus contains 6 subjects. This level is broken into two categories. An applicant faces three papers in the first group of the exam, and the same number of papers in the second group. CA applicants must complete the intermediate level before moving on to the final terms. According to the CA syllabus ICAI, students have 8 months to complete all of these subjects.
